"Nakanoshima Fieldwork from the Perspective of Urban Planning"

Shin Aiwa (city planningmaker)

Shin Aiwa, known for his research on urban issues in the era of population decline, focused on the image of Nakanoshima, Kotoba and people, and tried to identify the challenges of Nakanoshima from these combinations. Collecting the issues and information unique to Nakanoshima, using them as materials to create a card game that generates urban planning. On the last day of the research, we held a workshop and talk to play the card game, and drew out what the participants thought of “Maybe Nakanoshima city planning”.
