Cooperation with 19 cultural facilities and institutions, including museums, halls, Hall of Science and libraries, based around Nakanoshima
Based in Nakanoshima, we collaborated closely with more than 15 cultural facilities and organizations including museums, halls, and the Hall of Science to coordinate programs focusing on the unique resources (people, collections, history, and initiatives) of each facility/group. We organized 15 projects, including a tour that unravels its appeal from an external perspective while seeking the cooperation of experts and artists, and a dialogue program that sets themes that lead to cooperation between facilities.
Finally, representatives of cultural facilities in Nakanoshima gathered and held a round table to discuss future cooperation.

Results and Challenges
At the planning stage, we conducted interviews with representatives or practitioners of all facilities regarding the issues and current situation of the museum, initiatives that are focused on, and requests for this project. Although the operating bases and missions of the private sector, national government, municipal government, prefectural government, etc. differed, the answers common in the interviews were "I would like to work on a permanent basis that is not transient with other facilities in the Nakanoshima area" and "Each facility is already engaged in particle activities, so I look forward to efforts to connect them." Therefore, this year, we decided to focus on the resources that each facility already has (building, collection, human resources with expertise, history, activities). Through the programs conducted through close contact and discussions, each facility received favorable opinions that it was good to implement them, and it was a big step to steadily build up track record for strengthening the network in the future. Was.
On the other hand, because it was necessary to plan and implement it in several months, it was difficult to adjust the schedule with each facility, and often proceed with the proposal of Art Area B1, so there was no time delay for each building to make proposals. From the next fiscal year onwards, we would like to proceed with each building taking the initiative from planning.
