Huan Aki
He was a tea ceremony family. Since 1997, he has presided over the Chinese tea class "China Tea Association" in Nishitenmanromatsucho, Osaka. From 2002 to 2017, "China Tea House Uncha Sokucha" was added (currently there is no teahouse operation). The name of the house is only). Moved to Nishihonmachi, Osaka since 2017, and continues to the present day. Many graduates have been active as a pioneer of Chinese tea classes in Kansai. Travel to China, Taiwan, and neighboring Asian countries to deepen their understanding of tea culture. For the first time, I propose a shape that takes root in Japanese landscape and life by devising a shape that goes around 24 seasons of Chinese tea in line with 24 seasons. He is good at incorporating Chinese historical facts, Chinese poems, and customs of ancient and modern times, and tea ceremonies that make him feel the sense of scale, freedom and storyline in front of him.
Mari Kawanishi (Kawanishi and Mali)
Since the launch of the design company graf (Osaka), he has been in charge of cafes and food planning for 19 years and is currently working as a freelancer. He began learning Chinese tea in 2000, and became fascinated by tea and became interested in creating a place to drink tea from the world and culture of tea. Utilizing what you have learned through lessons and accumulated knowledge of your own experiences, we plan and implement things related to tea and food, such as tea ceremonies, catering, classrooms, product development, food and drink production, etc. in various places, mainly in the Kansai region and Taiwan. In addition, he presided over the Fantastic Market (graf) and planned markets tailored to the region, mainly in Kansai. The activities are numerous.
