Exchange Program vol.1 / The Museum of Oriental Ceramics, OSAKA x graf Night Museum to enjoy Chinese culture and tea

This spring, after the reopening of The Museum of Oriental Ceramics, OSAKA, we will hold a special evening tea ceremony to discuss Chinese culture while enjoying special Chinese tea. Enjoy the newly created glass-filled entrance with a one-night space with the creative unit graf's furniture.

Huang Anki (Hoan Aki)
A tea house. Since 1997, he has been president of the Chinese tea class "China Tea Party" in Nishitenmaromatsu-cho, Osaka. From 2002 to 2017, "China Tea House Mucha Soracha" is added (currently there is no teahouse business). Only the name of the house. Moved to Nishihonmachi, Osaka in 2017, and continues to this day. He has been active as a pioneer of Chinese tea classes in Kansai, and has many graduates. Travel to China, Taiwan, and neighboring Asian countries to deepen their understanding of tea culture. For the first time, he will devise a form that goes around Chinese tea in line with twenty-four seasons, and propose a form that is rooted in Japanese landscapes and daily life. He excels in the combination of tools and tea ceremonies that make him feel the sense of scale, freedom and narrative in front of him, incorporating Chinese stories, Chinese poetry, and ancient customs.

Mari Kawanishi (Kawanishi, Mali)
He has been involved since the launch of the design company graf (Osaka), has been in charge of cafe and food planning for 19 years, and is currently working as a freelancer. He began learning Chinese tea in 2000, was fascinated by tea, and became interested in creating a place to drink tea in the world and culture of tea. Utilizing what you learned in the lessons and the knowledge you have accumulated your own experiences, planning things related to tea and food, such as tea ceremonies, catering, classrooms, product development, food and drink production, in various places, mainly in the Kansai region and Taiwan.・ Execute. He also serves as the president of the Fantastic Market (graf), and plans a market tailored to the region, mainly in Kansai. The activity is a great cause.
