RADIO CRUISE Nakanoshima - Excursions on History, Architecture and Art

The symbol of the city of Osaka, Nakanoshima is a place where you can visit historical culture and famous architecture from the Middle Ages to the present day, parks and waterfronts where you can feel nature. The Special River Cruise, a popular DJ at FM COCOLO that is connected to Osaka, offers the charm of Nakanoshima from the waterside through episodes and music related to history, architecture and art, like a radio show. (Performance will be conducted in Japanese.)

Date and time: Saturday, November 1, 2025 11:00-12:00 (reception 10:45-11:00)
Meeting place: Dojimahama dock (adjacent to Dojima Park 1-2 Dojimahama, Kita Ward, Osaka City)
(Approx. a 5-minute walk from Keihan Yodoyabashi Station Exit 7, and a 1-minute walk from Keihan Ohebashi Station Exit 5)
Route: Around Nakanoshima via Tosabori River to Dojima River
Capacity: 50 people (first come, first served, pre-registration required) 
Price: 4,500 yen (tax included, with cruise map and special Nakanoshima booklet)

Performer Profile:

Masao Nomura (Nomura and Masao)
Born in November 1978. He was born between a Japanese father and an Italian mother. FM802 debuted in 2009. Since 2019, he has been in charge of the program CIAO 765 of his sister station FM COCOLO. He is the representative of Kyoto Donut Club Co., Ltd., which introduces the unknown culture of Italy to Japan, and produces subtitles and distributes movies, screening events, talk shows, etc. The translations include "Fear Dario Argento Autobiography" (Filmart Inc.) and "What is Money Useful?" There are 15 Questions about the Economy (Jiro Taro Editors).
