Lab Cafe / Railway Art Festival vol.10
"Can artists make cities a 'works' from the Lefevre's point of view?"

Temporary Exhibition “GDP THE MOVIE – First Work of Galactic Transport” utilizing the structure of exhibition and film production.
This is a program related to this project that rethinks the economic structure from the very foundation, and this guest is Chihiro Yamamoto, who is studying social thought and urban philosophy, including the French philosopher Henri Lefebvre.
Lefevre called attention to the routineized daily life of the consumer society, and explored the ideal way of a city as a “work” in which the residents sought to realize their appeals and desires. In the talk, we will talk about the relationship between economics, creative activities, and human independence, and explore the theme of this exhibition while talking with artists.
