Creative Island Nakanoshima, one of Japan's largest creative networks, is developing a variety of value through exchange programs with various cultural bases. Masahiro Yasugi, curator in charge of the "Experience" exhibition currently being held in The National Museum of Art, Osaka, and Hiromichi Sato, Professor Emeritus of OSAKA UNIVERSITY, a leading researcher of brain mechanisms during art appreciation. Through the introduction of the exhibition, we will talk about the spread of contemporary art that appeals to all sensory organs, and from the field of cutting-edge science, we will talk about our psychological response and the work of the brain through the expression activities of people with mental and physical disabilities, starting with the sensibilities and expressions of the writer Andrew Wies who have continued to draw close people. From the different fields of art and cognitive behavior science, we will engage in dialogue with the world surrounding us about the realm of sense and experience.
