This year's 53rd OSAKA UNIVERSITY Open Lecture will be held under the COVID-19 pandemic following the previous year. In Art Area B1, we plan to hold a hybrid event inNakanoshima, along with the online method.
Under the theme of "Co-creation Society Connecting with Researchers," three instructors will talk about a variety of topics in an easy-to-understand manner from OSAKA UNIVERSITY's extensive research achievements. We look forward to hearing from you.

●About course contents
The ears that I usually use casually. This small organ is made up of a combination of micro parts that work in various ways. Deaf hearing loss, which is common in the elderly, reduces life, but in recent years, its relationship with dementia has been pointed out. While introducing the mysterious "hearing" mechanism, we will consider how to tackle hearing loss and create a rich and happy future society.
