Opened in 2000 as a multi-purpose MICE facility that can handle a wide range of topics including international conferences, seminars, symposiums, exhibitions, concerts, etc. The nickname "Grand Cube Osaka" is derived from its large cube-shaped appearance and designed by Kisho Kurokawa.

Located in Nakanoshima, a symbol of the city of water

It is a calm area with a waterside in the city center, and nearby museums and cultural facilities are concentrated. A 10-minute drive from Umeda Station, the largest terminal in Osaka, and a free shuttle bus runs from JR Osaka Station.

Urban MICE facilities in Osaka

This facility has been used for many international conferences and large-scale events, and has been well received from various angles. The G8 Finance Ministers' Meeting in June 2008 and the G7 Trade Ministers' Meeting in October 2023 have been held to attract attention to the world and Japan.

Design by Kisho Kurokawa

Designed by postmodern master Kisho Kurokawa, the conference hall is a landmark of Nakanoshima with its cube-shaped appearance as nicknamed "Grand Cube Osaka". The room is a person-friendly facility with sophisticated interior and beautiful views.
