Completed in 1918 with the donation of one Osaka citizen Einosuke Iwamoto. The appearance of Neo-Renaissance style is a landmark of Nakanoshima that conveys the romance of Taisho. It has supported citizens' cultural activities for about 100 years and is still being used as a rental building. It has been designated as a national important cultural property since 2002.
